Can I get a refund?
Digital products are delivered immediately. Refunds are reviewed when a product is defective or materially different from its listing. Open a support ticket with your order number.
When is an order marked complete?
Paid orders move to processing or completed according to the payment and fulfillment settings. Downloads become available once payment is confirmed.
Downloads
How do I download a product after purchase?
Open your account downloads page. Each paid item has a secure download link with a use limit.
Licenses
Where do I find my license key?
License keys are listed on the order confirmation page and in your account licenses section.
How do product licenses work?
Personal licenses cover one end product. Multi-site and extended licenses increase activations as shown on the product page.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the forgot password link on the sign-in page. We will email a reset link to the address on your account.
